Organic Arbequina EVOO

$20.00   $20.00

This year's Organic Arbequina from Colusa county is near perfection! Grassy, with a buttery sweet note and rich mouthfeel, but also lean, almost crisp, with a touch of bitterness to round it out—a very, very, good and delicious oil.

Grown in the foothills, where gravelly, well draining soil keeps this varietal from becoming too watered down and mild. We also harvested this year's crop when still mostly green, which helps maintain the polyphenols, giving the oil plenty of fresh kick and health benefits.

This delicious oil is best as a stand-alone or cold applications finishing oil, for dipping fresh bread, making pesto, and dressing greens, vegetables, pastas and grilled meats.

Harvested: Oct 2024
